Scott Little

Chief Financial Officer

Scott Little brings extensive financial leadership experience and a proven record of driving operational discipline and value creation within private equity-backed hospitality and multi-unit operating platforms. Known for his strategic rigor and ability to strengthen complex organizations, Scott has built his career leading finance functions through periods of transformational growth.

Most recently, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer of OTG Management in New York City, a founder-led hospitality platform operating more than 250 restaurant and market concepts across major U.S. airports. In this role, he stabilized and modernized finance operations, led cash forecasting and liquidity management through significant industry disruption, and directed lender reporting and covenant management.

Earlier in his career, Scott held senior finance leadership roles at the Walt Disney Company, Hard Rock Café, Heritage Golf Group, and other hospitality and real estate-based organizations, where he led capital markets initiatives, integrated acquisitions, scaled multi-unit platforms and strengthened financial systems and controls. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Scott partners closely with executive teams and ownership groups to align financial strategy with operational execution, positioning organizations for disciplined growth and long-term value creation.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
