Designed to be your next step after the RISE program, our Manager in Training program was developed to propel you into your career post graduation. With the skills and knowledge you gain here, you will be prepared for your journey into management with Holiday Inn Club Vacations.

A Look Inside Your Journey

The Manager in Training Program combines on the job training with seminar coursework to prepare you to move into management. In addition to real-life work experience, participants have opportunities for classroom training, leadership training, networking events and social events with fellow MIT participants. They also have access to leaders, mentors and other resources for professional development.

Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion

Just be you – we like it that way! Ours is an authentic culture where you can be yourself at work. The way you look, sound, love and think – that’s who you are – and we value that. We all come from different backgrounds and experiences.

It makes us stronger, more caring and more creative. And when you feel respected and confident, you have more courage to bring the best of you to work every day. That’s who WE are and how we will grow TOGETHER.

Time to Participate

The MIT program follows the traditional Spring college graduation timeline with a preferred June start date. As a note, not all resorts offer the MIT opportunity, so please take note of which resorts are currently looking to hire and make sure you apply to the one (or all!) of the ones you wish to be considered for.

February: Postings for upcoming participation become available
February thru April: Initial screenings for candidates take place
May: Offers extended to candidates
June: Participants start first rotation in program
