About Us

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated acquires, develops, markets, sells and manages real estate-based vacation ownership interests at our 32 resorts located in popular vacation destinations. We sell deeded vacation ownership interests which are beneficial interests in a Florida land trust and also offer consumer financing as an option to customers purchasing vacation ownership interests, which are collateralized by the underlying vacation ownership interest.
