Holiday Inn Club Vacations Offers Employee Benefit Program that Sends Team Members on Vacation to its Resorts

Posted May 12, 2021

ORLANDO, FLA. (May 12, 2021) – Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated, a national vacation ownership company, today announced an exclusive employee benefit program, called ClubGo, that grants team members points to use at any of the Company’s 28 resorts located across the U.S. Since its initial launch in the fall of 2020, the program has been widely successful, as more than one-third of all team members companywide have already used the travel benefit to go on vacation.

Team members enrolled in ClubGo receive a free allotment of points, which can be used to book a reservation at any Holiday Inn Club Vacations resort. The amount of points a team member receives is based on tenure with the Company, ranging from enough points for a three-night stay to a weeklong stay at most resorts. There is no cost for the team member to enroll and receive the free point allotments, and additional points will be provided on an annual basis.

“At Holiday Inn Club Vacations, we believe there are few better ways to bring families closer together than through meaningful travel experiences, and this is equally as important to our team members as it is to the owners and guests we serve every day,” said Erin Booth, Head of Human Resources at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated. “Plus, ClubGo allows our team members to experience the customer journey first-hand – from booking their stay to exploring the resort. This valuable insight will be key in driving innovation among our products and services and continuing our focus on becoming a customer-obsessed organization.”

While team members have used ClubGo to travel to all resorts in the network, the top locations booked include Orange Lake Resort in Orlando, Florida, Cape Canaveral Beach Resort in Cape Canaveral, Florida, Smoky Mountain Resort in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Desert Club Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada and Sunset Cove Resort in Marco Island, Florida. Following their stays at the resorts, a few team members have shared their stories on Checking In, the Holiday Inn Club Vacations travel blog.

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is currently growing its team and hiring for hundreds of new roles across its network, including corporate, contact center, resort and sales positions. To learn more about available opportunities, visit hicv.com/careers.
