(June 24, 2024) – Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated, an international vacation ownership company, announced today that its Sunset Cove Resort and Timber Creek Resort at De Soto were honored with an IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) Performance Award. Considered the most prestigious internal honor among IHG’s Americas region, the annual Performance Awards recognize hotels and individuals for notable achievements among several key customer criteria, including guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, and adherence to clean energy metrics and other company standards.
Timber Creek Resort and Sunset Cove Resort both earned the coveted IHG Spirit of True Hospitality Excellence award. This prestigious accolade is given to hotels and resorts in the IHG network that have achieved “elite” status for guest satisfaction and received cleanliness survey scores of at least 90.
