JP Hurtado

JP Hurtado is Chief Information Officer for Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated, where he oversees the strategy, development and ongoing support of all the company’s technology systems, including internal platforms, consumer-facing programs and cybersecurity services.

As Chief Information Officer, JP leads the company’s various Information Technology (IT) teams. Today, this includes a next generational technology team focused on building of new, innovative solutions for the company and our customers as part of our multi-year digital transformation endeavor, a large support team that services both corporate and resort operations and a security team responsible for protecting the company’s network and customer data.

A proven technology leader who drives innovation and accelerates transformation, JP has more than 20 years of experience leading end-to-end technology development and data management for Fortune 500 companies in the hospitality, entertainment and professional services industries. Prior to joining Holiday Inn Club Vacations, JP was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Dave & Buster’s, Inc., where he was responsible for the company’s digital products, cybersecurity program, brand innovation and data and analytics platform. JP also served in many senior IT leadership for Royal Caribbean Cruises for more than decade after starting his career at Ernst & Young as a consultant.

JP earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Information Sciences from the University of Florida. In his free time, JP enjoys traveling with his family, playing pickleball and golfing.
