Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated, a national vacation ownership company, today announces the return of Falladays to its Hill Country Resort in Canyon Lake, Texas and Villages Resort in Flint, Texas. Launched in 2019, Falladays is a six-week program designed to celebrate the fall season in Texas through numerous family-friendly activities, themed décor and limited-time food and beverage offerings. This year, the program kicked off on September 18, and will run through November 1.
Both participating resorts offer expansive properties with plenty of space for the program’s activities, which includes pumpkin bowling, outdoor movies and self-guided scavenger hunts. Additionally, some of the Falladays guest favorites, such as trick-or-treating and wagon rides, will incorporate new protocols this year to ensure families can safely experience them.
Built with families in mind, Holiday Inn Club Vacations resorts offer spacious villas with full kitchens, dining areas, washers and dryers in-unit or nearby and multiple bedrooms. Providing greater flexibility and functionality than traditional hotel rooms, these villas allow guests to comfortably spread out without leaving their private space.
“Fall in Texas is really special – the weather is cool, leaves are changing colors and there’s a certain excitement and nostalgia in the air for the annual traditions that take place during this time of year,” said Brent Reynolds, Vice President of Resort Operations at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated. “With the constant changes that have occurred this year, we wanted to provide an opportunity for families to relax and reconnect, while enjoying their favorite seasonal activities in a safe and trusted setting.”
At all resorts across its network, Holiday Inn Club Vacations has implemented Safe Travels, a program that “checks the boxes” on the higher safety and cleanliness standards. Safe Travels brings many new and enhanced practices to the resorts that provide an extra level of cleanliness and sanitization, along with responsible spacing and distancing.
Holiday Inn Club Vacations is now offering a rental promotion for its Hill Country and Villages Resorts during Falladays: guests booking two or more nights at these locations will receive 25 percent off their stay. For additional savings, guests should consider extending their stay or planning to travel during the week (Mondays through Thursday). Multiroom villas provide the space for families to continue virtual work and online schooling while staying at the resort.
