Chantal Stephens is Senior Vice President of Marketing for Holiday Inn Club Vacations, leading enterprise marketing transformation and the capabilities that turn marketing into a measurable growth engine, aligned to sales capacity, operations execution, and financial targets. She oversees the company’s IHG relationship and multi-brand portfolio, ensuring each brand is clearly positioned and consistently executed across channels, resorts, and markets.
Since joining in 2019, she built the company’s first end-to-end marketing organization and operating model across demand generation, performance marketing, eCommerce, CRM, analytics, and marketing technology.
With 20+ years of experience, Chantal has led growth and transformation across hospitality, healthcare, and entertainment in Fortune 100 and complex multi-brand environments. Prior to Holiday Inn Club Vacations, she held senior leadership roles at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Marriott Vacation Club, and The Walt Disney Company including Disney Vacation Club.
Originally from Canada, Chantal earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Quebec in Montreal and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
