Chantal Stephens

Senior Vice President of Performance Marketing and Revenue Enhancement

Chantal and her family loves the ballet, and it’s a tradition to travel and see The Nutcracker together. She’s here with her parents, mother-in-law, husband, and both daughters.

Chantal Stephens is Senior Vice President of Performance Marketing and Revenue Enhancement at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated, where she drives digital lead-generation and ecommerce strategy. She oversees the Company’s performance marketing and brand marketing and creative teams.

Since joining in November 2019, Chantal has built the foundation of a new performance marketing organization for the Company, which leverages demand-generation strategies and a digital ecosystem to deliver a highly customized customer journey. Chantal and her team are responsible for developing and managing the customer conversion funnel, which includes lead generation and new business pipelines; advanced, multichannel campaigns; and ecommerce functionality, CRM integration and the full marketing technology stack.

A proven performance marketing leader, Chantal has more than 20 years of experience developing end-to-end design of consumer experience and aligning strategy, talent, operations and technologies to increase ROI, improve customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty. Before joining Holiday Inn Club Vacations, she led marketing strategy, redefined the vision for consumer interactions and exceeded revenue goals across Fortune 500 companies and globally recognized brands, including AdventHealth (formerly known Adventist Health System), Kimberly-Clark, SeaWorld, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and The Walt Disney Company.

After her daughter’s diagnosis of polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) at four years old, Chantal became an advocate for families battling juvenile arthritis. She is a proud supporter of the Arthritis Foundation and frequently volunteers and speaks at the organization’s events and conferences.

Originally from Canada, Chantal earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from the University of Quebec in Montreal. She loves travel and culture, and fluently speaks three languages. In her free time, you can find Chantal at the beach, in the water kiteboarding.

Leading performance marketing and ecommerce disruption strategies will deliver digitally powered consumer-centric experiences that transform the timeshare industry.
