As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Erin Booth leads Holiday Inn Club Vacations global people strategy across talent acquisition, corporate communications, total rewards, employee relations, HR technology, and corporate facilities. Her team operates across the United States, Mexico, and India, supporting thousands of team members worldwide.
Erin has held a range of leadership roles across Human Resources and assumed her current role in 2020. She has played a key role in the company’s evolution into a global organization, partnering with leaders to strengthen talent, modernize people practices, and support business transformation.
