As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Erin Booth is responsible for supporting the entire Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated team, which includes thousands of corporate, contact center and resort team members located across the U.S. Specifically, she leads talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, employee relations and HRIS systems and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Since joining the Company more than 25 years ago, Erin has served in a variety of critical leadership roles, assuming her current position in 2015. A champion of the organization’s core values, Erin and her teams are focused on building and fostering a collaborative, diverse and high-performing culture that attracts and retains industry-leading talent.
An active member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), Erin participated in the organization’s Leadership-Education-Action-Progression-Service program and currently serves on its HR Council. She previously won the Gold ARDY award and holds the designation of Registered Resort Professional (RRP) from ARDA. Additionally, she is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Rollins College. In her free time, Erin enjoys traveling, reading and spending time on the water.
