Michael Gould

Michael Gould is Senior Vice President of Revenue Management and Operational Planning at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated, where he oversees the Company’s inventory, owner support and rental teams.

Joining in 1995, Michael has been a leader through many of the Company’s significant growth periods, including the establishment of the IHG partnership, which built the Holiday Inn Club Vacations brand, and the expansion from a single-site operation to a national network of resorts. Throughout his lengthy tenure, Michael has gained vast experience and a wealth of knowledge in the critical business functions of finance, sales, marketing, rental, inventory and revenue management.

As Senior Vice President of Revenue Management and Operational Planning, Michael leads the enterprise-level adoption of next-gen technologies and data management platforms that support the owner and renter journey. Building upon the 100-year strategic agreement, Michael and his teams are also working to establish new engagement models with IHG.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He is a Registered Resort Professional with the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), a member of the inaugural ARDA LEAPS program and a VisitFlorida member. Michael is a three-time ARDY Award finalist and won the 2017 award for Inventory Revenue Management.

Outside of work, Michael is a member of Resurrection Catholic Church and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and participating in many outdoor activities, such as scuba diving, boating, biking, hiking, running and competing in triathlons. Michael loves visiting new and exciting destinations, but his favorite way to relax is to sit on the beach and read a good book.
