Sonya leads the Finance and shared service organizations with the goal of supporting the diverse activities of both Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated and the Holiday Inn Club Vacations® brand.
She possesses more than two decades of experience in the timeshare, real estate and hospitality industries. Sonya joined the organization in 2013 following 17 years in public accounting. This included 12 years supporting Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated as a partner with Grant Thornton and prior, serving with Arthur Andersen.
Sonya has been active in the Central Florida community throughout her career. She was inducted into the UCF Business Hall of Fame in 2017, is a current advisory board member of the UCF College of Business, and served as the past chair for the UCF Accounting Advisory Board. She is actively involved in the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) where she serves on several committees promoting the interests of the timeshare industry. Additionally, she is a member of the community relations committee within the company that is charged with its charitable giving efforts.
Sonya is a Certified Public Accountant, plus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
