Brian manages the legal affairs of Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated and its affiliated companies, bringing more than 28 years of business law experience to the company. His expertise spans the fields of timeshare, resort development, finance, real estate and land use, as well as general business relating to resort operations and management.
Early in his career, Brian practiced with the national law firms Baker & Hostetler and Foley & Lardner where his practice focused on hospitality law representing timeshare and resort developers, managers and finance companies. This representation included legal services to Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated and its affiliates prior to joining the executive management team in 1995.
A member of the Florida and Orange County Bar Associations, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Brian has published numerous articles and lectured on topics related to resort development, management and operation. He holds the designation of Registered Resort Professional (RRP) from the American Resort Development Association, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Cum Laude, and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida.
